Grohe: The Architecture of Movement
Blending nature and architecture, we worked with GROHE to create an immersive delegate lounge at the World Architecture Festival (WAF) 2024.
Projection mapping on a fabric façade transforms a static structure into a living canvas. With the water ripple effect, light dances across the surface in fluid motion — as if a droplet has touched light, not liquid.
Spanning four countries, the project unfolded as a tightly orchestrated collaboration between GROHE and our team — a feat of precision, pace, and cross-border synergy. In just 10 weeks, we brought the 100sqm experience to life, drawing on the strengths of two production sites in Shanghai and Singapore.
Live trees rise through the space, while soft projection lighting dances across the fascade, creating the illusion of rippling reflections. From conceptual mock-ups to final build, every detail was engineered to elevate GROHE SPA Icon 3D’s minimalist form and ethereal presence.
We designed and fabricated custom mounts and display systems that allowed the faucet’s impossibly light structure to appear as though it were floating.
We seamlessly integrated lights and materials to ensure that the interplay of shadows and reflections captured the illusion of water emerging from nowhere. The result was more than a display — it was a stage that celebrated the poetry of form, flow, and future-forward design of GROHE SPA at WAF 2024.
Our expertise was once again on display months later in Shanghai at Kitchen and Bath China 2025. Every element was fabricated, refined, and delivered with precision, ensuring the seamless integration of design vision and craftsmanship.
